Lunch for two      Ok. I confess. I always make way too much.

Steamed brussels sprouts

home dried cherry tomatoes

leek quiche        

casserole with fennel and pear

sweet agave glazed pumpkin and parsnips with rosemary

oyster mushrooms

grilled brussels sprouts

large salad with cress, parsley, purple basil, samphire, beetroot, hemp seed, spring onion, zucchini, dried cranberries

mustard, fleure de sel, agave syrup, balsamic vinegar, apple vinegar, walnut oil, pepper, lime

Chana dal (small chickpeas, soaked and boiled in salt water)

         and for dessert: apple strudel with phyllodough
