Jaskier – a flower of the genus Ranunculus; buttercup; is a cognate with a Polish word ‘jaskrawy’ meaning ‘bright’, ‘vivid’, ‘flashy’, ‘brilliant’. Also have a common origin with ‘jasny’ meaning ‘light’ and ‘iskra’ meaning ‘spark’.

The characters of the "three races"

In a magical forest called the "Cobernarian Forest", hidden under a protective dome, three unique races coexist: Werewolves, Elves and Fairies. Each of them has its own distinctive features, roles and culture, creating a complex and harmonious ecosystem.

Werewolves: Physically strong, with down-to-earth, mostly American names (Marcus, Jacob, Phil). They are hunters and foragers, providing food for themselves and other inhabitants of the forest. They sell their surplus production, maintaining economic balance. Werewolves also act as defenders of territories, protecting the forest from external threats. Their weapons are melee weapons: swords, sledgehammers, hammers, and any other melee weapons.

Elves: More advanced in science, medicine, and crafts. Their names must necessarily mean something (for example, Howling - "call"), emphasize their more elevated view of the world. Elves create complex technologies, develop medicines, and build civilizations. They are capable of creating both "deadly" weapons and medicines for diseases. Forests play a key role in the development and maintenance of civilization. Their weapons are ranged weapons: bows, crossbows, and other ranged weapons.

Fairies: Magical creatures often named after flowers, especially by girls. They are the guardians of the protective dome surrounding the forest. The fairies maintain the dome with their magic and, if necessary (usually once a month), temporarily weaken it to allow the Werewolves to forage for food. Their weapons are magic, embodied in staffs and spell books. They protect the forest from various dangers.
