Ingredients: 8 oz spaghetti. 1 lb fresh crabmeat. 1/4 cup champagne. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 2 tbsp butter. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Zest of 1 lemon. Juice of 1 lemon. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add crabmeat to the skillet and saut for 2-3 minutes. Pour champagne into the skillet and let it simmer for a minute. Stir in heavy cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
