Today, I went to my aunt’s house in San Jose, CA. She is my mom’s older half-sister. She had some old photos of her parents (my grandfather, Antonio Martinez Cano and his first wife, Luz Devora) from when they lived in Los Angeles in the 1930s. In these photos, my grandfather is probably younger than I am now.
