My opinion and thoughts on recent 5SOS Drama. Remember: my opinion and thoughts. You don’t have to agree or like what I say, just don’t be rude. If I am rude, please let me know, it’s not my intention to be rude, I’m just expressing my thoughts. Also, sorry if this is long, but here it goes:
Arzaylea really fucked up now. Short review: Arzaylea sent videos and pictures of her and Luke on Bali to fans. The videos consist of Arzaylea pulling at Luke while he’s on the phone with someone, saying affectionate things like “C’meeere” and bopping his nose and then following it with “comeback, why do you hate me?”, and then (apparently so do not quote me on this one) sent fans pictures of her and Luke on vacation, she’s kissing his cheek, you know typical couple stuff. And people are upset because she wrote out a big apology about wanting to change and becoming a better person that wouldn’t cause drama, yet does the one thing that caused major drama A WEEK after she posts it online.
Now, I’m not gonna say she’s ‘disrespecting Luke’s privacy’ because I don’t know how they manage their relationship, but why is she apologizing for doing something that she even deems problematic, say she’s done doing that yet still do it? She’s already blowing her big chance to change. And before you fans who like her come at me and say “what’s the big deal? She was just being cute with her boyfriend.” I will tell you the big deal:
Arzaylea did not post these videos herself. She deliberately sent them to fans all because they asked. I’m not saying she’s the only one to blame, because fans should know better than to ask her for things that don’t concern them. But she should know than just sending this stuff that isn’t their business either. Fans have reposted videos and pictures and information they’ve gotten from her before, it should be obvious that if she repeats her actions, so will the fans. You never have to do anything someone tells you to do. So just because a teenage girl or boy sends you a DM saying “Hi, do you have any cute pics of you and your boyfriend from your vacation?” it doesn’t mean you have to send it to them or that they have the right to see it. That’s something everyone should know, and at 21 years old, I think it’s safe to say you’ll know this.
She wrote out a huge apology about not wanting to cause drama and ow she was done drawing attention to herself, yet does one of the most drama causing things she’s capable of a week after apologizing for it. It kinda makes people question her “sorry”. It makes people think they were right to dislike you or
If Arzaylea wants our trust, she has to earn it. I understand that it takes time for people to change, because as the saying goes, Rome wasn’t built in a day. But if you make this big announcement on how you’re trying to better yourself and that you’re starting to focus more on yourself, you can’t expect people to treat you differently because you slip up. Or worse, trying to defend the actions you’re doing. If you’re wrong, you’re wrong, accept it, acknowledge it and move on. Don’t try and justify your wrongs. I don’t care how cute the video/pictures were(I won’t lie, they were kinda cute) it’s the fact that she’s repeating her history.
She’ll say she’s not that kind of person anymore, say she is done with that behaviour, somewhat play the victim card and then do the same thing again. And when people tell her what she’s doing is wrong, she’ll make it out like everyone is out to get her(I won’t lie, some fans do try so hard to make her out as the devil and create drama for no reason. She’s not the only one). If Arzaylea wants our respect, or mine if anything, she needs to prove to me that she deserves it. If she wants me to like her, she needs to give me a reason to like her. I don’t care who she’s dating, that’s not why I dislike her. That’s the last reason I’ll ever dislike her. Arzaylea could ride Luke’s dick off into the sunset for all I care, but the fact that her boyfriend is one of my favourite people in the world does not mean I have to love, like, or respect anybody. All that stuff is earned and can easily be taken away because it’s a privilege to have.

I want 2016 to be the year where 5SOS come out on top, seeing as the end of 2015 was horrible because of the article(if you want me to talk about that I will) So, yeah, I’m done now. Byee
