Everything was progressing smoothly. Dealings with Quasartico, completion of the Exceed Testing Facility within the region. Spinel simply needed to remain hidden. Malamar was on the edge of Rogue Mega Evolution. No need to take more risks. It's scheme has been successful...

Oh but humans are such difficult creatures to control. What was that on Spinel's monitor? He's swift to tell Beheeyem to follow... Is that who he thinks it is?
"Don't lose sight of him, Beheeyem."
And so, the Pokemon did not. Dare not. It followed Alhazred close, until it was lead to the scene of their trap. Bleu Sector 8. It did not catch sight of Hamber, the focus on Alhazred, but then it moved to...
Amethio?
The feed cuts to him; panning between Spinel's despised rival, and the equally hated man known as Alhazred. He could feel his rage tugged, and he's soon standing, leaning close to his monitor... The screen then went dark.
The turning point of this plan. If he doesn't take the bait, then it will fail. Ironic, they're relying on the recommendations of Spinel's original personality that this will work.

That's a painful headache, but his concerns are elsewhere. Their link strains, the strings are weakening. Alhazred's efforts within his subconscious persist even now... Combine that with the changes Malamar itself has made to him. He needed to know. How did Alhazred survive? Why is he with Amethio?
He can't just 'remain here'. He's lost his sight so now he must find out personally. Ditto is missing, he can't send it to check for him...
Umbreon is recalled into its' Pokeball, and the doors to his vehicle swing open.
"Magnezone."
The Pokemon emerged from its' Pokeball, emitting a slight buzz as it studied its' surroundings. What will it be used for this time? Flight. Spinel is climbing on. They had no time to waste. It's a little demeaning traveling this way... But they've stripped him of his method of teleportation; so he has little choice. He'll be sure to make them pay dearly for this, he thinks.
Spinel's approach was dangerous, but successful as Magnezone lifted him over the rooftops to the location... And there Amethio was. No sign of Alhazred, but since he was already here...
"AMETHIO!!"
The Magnet Pokemon is rushing in at high speed. Spinel jumps from it once it is close enough to the ground, stumbling slightly but it's worth it... As Magnezone is continuing forward, heading right for Amethio directly. Thunder Wave forming around it, so it if does miss, it hoped to at least cause some issues with paralysis.
