Commisoner Bael Lymrick Commissioner Bael Lymrick appears to be a generally apathetic person, that takes things in stride and yet will do whatever it takes to get the job done. While it may not seem like it, but Bael takes his role as Commissioner very seriously. If his officers were questioned about Bael, the first thing they would tell you is that you need to save your work frequently, just in case... This is due to his Lymrick ability of manipulating energy. His specific talent is draining energy from the spaces around him, until it kicks off the power and servers.
