A belated nagamas gift for grandmastertactician, who requested something fluffy in a fanart direction of the three FE lords.

Here's the three sneaking into Bern on the back of Merlinus' cart. Eliwood is exhausted because as the most recognizable of the three he's relegated to night watch only. Lyn borrowed some of Rath and Guy's old clothes and is posing as a regular Sacean mercenary. Hector has been having fun ribbing her about the fact she's enjoying much more mobility than either he or Eliwood. It's definitely a change to see her hair down, though.

#fire emblem #Lyn fe7 #Hector FE7 #Eliwood #nagamas #The sneaking into Bern disguises are hilarious to me #at least Hector took his pauldrons off in my version #Here's the thing about sneakig into Bern: they have to figure out a way to hide Hyperion #the best way to do that is to make up a caravan/baggage train type situation make him part of the cargo #and have everyone else act as merchants and mercenaries #not everyone in the party has experience with being mercenaries #Most are used to acting like vassals and trained military knights #attitudes that the Bern military would recognized very quickly #It's Rath Raven Fiora and Legault who've actually run with official mercenary troops #also technically Guy and Heath but Guy was never an official mercenary hired to guard mobile baggage #Heath is super balls at being a mercenary at this point in the game plus he has to hide #Legault's experiece with the Black Fang wasn't as mercenary as the normal run of recruits #Rath isn't heavy on communication #so that basically means Raven and Fiora were likely in charge of makig sure everyoe acted out their roles properly every time a guard patrol #went past on the road #With Merlius making sure those who were supposed to be acting like merchants played their parts #A story in which Fiora is the only perso who probably never exploited her power over others #fe shenanigans #MF's Thinky Thoughts #My fanart
