Adding more to my pile of expression doodles, this time with an old OC, Lynette, who still needs a full redraw.
I also threw in the previous expression doodles to have them all together.

Some quick and easy goofy faces of some OCs.
Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it! I know it's not quite Christmas yet, but I probably won't be posting the day of, so you can all have it now. It's my three usual goobers--Ameli, Luna, and Lynette--rocking some holiday fashion.
Some *very* old characters. I usually redraw most of them every once in a while to see how they change over the years. Ameli in particular is sort of my benchmark girl, since she’s one of my favorites to draw (you might have seen her a bunch of times on this blog already).
The first four characters make up the main members of the Lunar Corps, an elite squad of operatives with experimental powers that work under Angelus Tech. Lynette is the leader, and Ethan is the newest member--which you can tell by the fact that he's still concerned about Angelus dress code. I’ll have more about each of the members in their own posts some other time, so this won’t be an even bigger wall of text than it already is.
The next two characters, one of whom I posted before, are teeechnically affiliates of the Lunar Corps. Marley is the main scientist they consult to see how their bodies take to the superpowers and augmentations. Garland is an unofficial member of the Lunar Corps, and is actually Marley’s husband. He was one of the first to go through Angelus Tech’s Rebirth Program for superhuman augmentation, but the procedure went wrong and most of the prototype subjects died. Garland survived, but he was still left horrifically mutated. However, despite being more feral and monstrous, his size and strength make him a destructive force that’s very useful with the right supervision, so sometimes Marley has him accompany the Lunar Corps if an operation requires a special amount of brute force.
Felt like doodling some OCs making dumb faces, and they were really fun to do so I cleaned them up a bit more than I planned.
Bonus points if you know the one meme I pulled from.
Most of my characters are supposed to be like dangerous mercenaries and other edgy things like that, but what do they do in their free time? Apparently they get dragged to K-pop concerts by the general's daughter and wear funny novelty hats. It's my usual three stooges, (from left to right) Lynette, Luna, and Ameli. Lynette is the cool older sister-type person who supports your interests pretty wholeheartedly. Ameli is also kinda like that... except she's bad at it.
Thanks to my cousins, Luna has been slowly morphing into a low-key BTS fan, so I thought BT21 characters would be a fun theme for novelty merch. Especially goofy hats. I *could* be a stickler about canon, and how the setting for these characters is more of a fantastical continent and not real-world “Earth”, but where’s the fun in that?
Anybody like unfinished sentences? I’ll just let imagination finish what they’re each talking about. These were just some cooldown doodles that ended up getting a lot more clean than I expected.
Back to redrawing old OCs! Here's Lynette Jay, a character I've had around since about 2008 or so.
Lynette is a longtime operative for Angelus Tech, her loyalty tied to having a familiar relationship with the PMC owner's family. She spent years as both the caretaker and bodyguard of the owner's daughter, Luna, who nowadays sees Lynette as more of a guardian figure than her own father. Lynette maintains an almost big sister type of dynamic with Luna, and is also Luna's go-to woman for advice now that she's being prepped to one day inherit the company from her father.
Aside from being Luna's friend and guardian, Lynette is a skilled leader and fighter, also serving as an elite agent for high priority Angelus Tech operations. Lynette has special abilities bioengineered by Angelus Tech's Rebirth Program, and leads a special team made up of three other operatives with similar augmentations--Ameli Tennehill, Carrera Sandoval, and Yahvi Tiwari.
Lynette's powers in particular allow her to channel high concentrations of mana into her body (usually her hands) and use that mana to burn through and disintegrate even the strongest materials with her limbs like a hot knife through butter. Additionally, she can channel the effect through specific objects she is holding, turning mundane items like crowbars or marbles into impromptu lightsabers or dangerous laser-like projectiles--however, when she is done with most objects, they will be reduced to dust. The arms and legs of her uniform, as well as her collapsible co staff, are specially created from materials that can withstand her body's mana.
