Here’s some Rocket Raccoon and Lady Lylla fanart that I feel glad for finally doing excellent at, unlike my first attempt (it’ll be at the bottom). Overall, I think I did a great job, but I do wish I had alternate colored outfits for Lylla like Rocket, but maybe I’ll do it later. I also added some other details, like Rocket’s shins being extended by metal-like rods, and him having his Square Enix twisted beard, along with a Groot bead. Hope you enjoy!

Controversial Opinion

I think giving Rocket Raccoon a tragic backstory was a terrible idea from the start.

Not only does it turn Lylla into a poor man's Gwen Stacy but it also takes away the uniqueness of Rocket and turns him into another generic sadsack superhero that comic nerds can make pretentious video essays on.

A film director (James Gunn) makes a film adaption of a comic has a female character (Lylla Otter) who's alive and well in the source material get fridged so the male character (Rocket Raccoon) can have a pointless tragic backtory.

Result: Becomes in charge of another studio's cinematic universe

Just to clarify, when I came up with the Ship name locket, I didn't realise it would make tagging stuff harder to find due to how common the word is. I still like the use of Locket but when tagging items it maybe wiser to use Lyocket for public tagging as that is an unused word.
