December 12 marks my 22nd birthday. I’ve come so far, I’ve grown so much. I’ve experienced many things and I’ve loved hard. I have healed a lot, although there’s so much more to be done. One step at a time.

I live with the love of my life, we’re comfortable and happy. I have a stable job that I will be promoted in soon, and I’m doing my damndest, which is a helluva lot more than I thought I would be doing.

I’ve always thought I’d do so much more by now, and I have, just not in a sense that’s right for me at this moment.

So starting December 12, I’m going to make an honest effort and document my year. So if you don’t feel like a daily spam of my face, or personal life then please Black list the tag: year22

The cool thing about moving out and healing from an abusive household is my intense desire I once had for not existing is no longer here; now it's still an avoidant behavior but I'm more prone to extreme levels of wanderlust and restlessness. I still disassociate like a mofo though if I feel anything other than tired or happy. TLDR I don't want to work and go to school I want to run away and explore the caves of some far off land with money and physique I don't have.

Today fucking sucks

So I’ve noticed my main method of magick is super easy, low key, and usually only takes a muster of energy and some few choice words.

It’s a realllllyyyyy low spoons/lazy way of dealing with things and it’s literally how I am period.

Like the other day I was in a bad mood after waking up late and Huss going , so I grabbed some mint black tea, and swirled it around, threatening it.

It worked, the mint cooled my temper and the caffeine gave me an extra push.

*shrug* who needs spells when you glare things to death.

I don’t know why I do this to myself? I have such horrible anxiety rn and it’s all over ,y homework. I’m really trying to achieve this time and I have like no skills. My only coping mechanisms are avoidance and disassociation and I just want to run as far away from my laptop as possible rn; hence tumblr instead of history. And it’s so easy??? Like tbh i’m p good at history I just can’t deal for some reason, and all the assignment is is 2 paragraphs on native slavery in colonial times and like a 2 different response posts. ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

As a creature of the night, I usually get motivation at say.. 1 am - 3 am to work on projects or clean or do witchy shit. As of now I'm laying in bed really pumped to get my tax return stuff taken care of, to clean the house, cash my check and grab some cheesecake makings for the bae. But I know when my alarm goes off at 8 am realistically I will groan, roll over and sleep for another 3 hours.
