just recently listened to harry’s Wet Dream cover and noticed that he didn’t change the pronouns to fit him “it’s enough to make a GIRL blush”. I know sometimes it’s not that deep but a lot of artists do change the pronouns to fit them better. Hell even harry has changed lyrics of covers before (Lizzo juice cover where he changed “Louis” to “Gucci”) Just thought if it was maybe an incognito way and choice for harry to kinda lean into his femininity and the She-ness of it all without a lot of people noticing. thoughts?

He's never changed any of the female pronouns in any of his covers. Girl Crush is so gay when he sings it. Wet Dream is so gay when he sings it. Juice is so gay when he sings it. Hell, the one time he did change a pronoun was when making a list of songs; he picked a very specific cover of a Beatles song (Something) where the cover artist changed the lyric to "he," rather than listing the original version. He made Sledgehammer so gay by changing "fruit cage" to "fruit cakes" (with the added smirk to someone off camera).

I don't usually do stuff like this, I'm not a lyric writer 😭 so I do apologize if it doesn't flow well. I've been struggling with changing the lyrics to fit Athena for MONTHS, and it literally all came to me yesterday morning.
