My name's Cherie (*waves awkwardly*).
I, along with a couple of friends, have started a music blog. We call ourselves Lyrically Addicted. Generally speaking we are a music blog that covers many different genres of music, keeping an open mind all the while.
We've written several articles that I think you might enjoy checking out, such as:
-a brief history of the Gentlemen of the Road Stopovers and Forest Hills Stadium - a concert recap from their stopover show at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens in August 2013 - a short introduction to one of their opening bands, Bear's Den.
I've also written a short piece reflecting on the band's break.
If you like Laura Marling I've also reviewed Once I Was an Eagle, which went on to top my Best of 2013 list.
Finally, I also did a review of Johnny Flynn's recent show at the Brighton Music Hall in Boston where he put on a riveting solo performance.
