Perpetcordlyricora: when the lyric, "There's a perpetual disorder inside girls with field recorders" (Quit While You're Ahead, Rat King World Champion), is one's identity at its core. It will always be the lyric, it should be perceived as the lyric, and cannot exist without the lyric.

For @mantra-repeated's women's history month event! Although this was also just on my to-do list, haha... A bit tangential, but I got really excited I couldn't not. Day 7's coining prompt is: journalism, lawyers, and/or feminism. The experience part of the event's question is: Does your orientation affect your girlhood? Other way around, actually! My gyninity can't really be separated from my orientation. My studious orientation wouldn't be the same without me being a girl, my social orientation wouldn't be the same without me being a girl, my sense of attraction adjacent to others can't exist in the same state without my gyninity. It goes back to the groundwork metaphor I spoke about on day 1, actually, expanding over to this as well. Attraction involving external forces do tend to be gendered, so being perceived as a woman tends to influence how others feel about me. And attraction is often a two-way street, so naturally it would impact my own experiences with attraction as well- and where there's attraction, there's an orientation. I'd presume the other ways around would be true as well, orientation affecting girlhood, but... It's not something I've exactly thought about, haha.
