VP, drawing, screenshot, I don't care. Show me your blorbos! Doesn't matter which fandom! Thank you so much for the tag, Lady Mog! 💕
I haven’t made any new pictures lately because I’ve just been out of ideas. But I still really like some of my older stuff – though I think most people already know them. :D
Also, to keep yall up in the Trio lore!!
I haven’t caught yall up for a while.
XULIA’s VAMPIRE SPAWN.
Lycus is no longer a spawn, however, still protects his sire. They’re friends and allies.
I will hopefully be adding some new established characters into her little group.
Keep in mind that how Xulia treats her vampire spawn is not similar to how Cazador does. Xulia was harsh but she always had their back. Those are her babies. She saved them from shitty lives and crappy deaths. Offered them a place to be themselves and do what they’re passionate in.
Elfrida is a courtesan and works as a gardener because it’s what she chose and wanted. She gets to make sure the flowers that bloom during the day are safe at night, and she gets to appreciate them. Xulia helped her escape an abusive partner.
Lycus was hunted for being a Lythari, and he nearly died in his wolf form. Xulia found him, and because she liked wolves, made sure that didn’t happen.
Tinker was nicknamed tinker because she loved to tinker and invent in her spare time, she gets to do that as freely as she wants, in her own time. She was inspired by Harley Quinn. She loves clowns.
Elizabeth was struggling mentally and came to Xulia willingly for a friend and asked to be turned into a vampire because she ran away from home. Their family couldn’t handle she was different.
Cereza was one of Xulia’s allies from back in the day, and simply asked if she could be included LMAO. Not all of them have big grand important reasons. Some folks just wanted to be there for a friend.
Rosa honestly just asked too, after seeing the rest of the group, how everyone was so different but also had a sense of belonging, and xulia accepted.
This is what Lycus looks like these days, even with his own bat form! He still lives in the palace with the Trio and their spawn, but he goes out to do his own thing sometimes, still checks in with Xulia and the others. All is decent.
Xulia obviously has more than just 5, but I’ve never thought to make more than 5/6 established characters, but I do want to dabble into maybe one or two more, one day. I do think Xulia needs more variation, I do want to keep lycus being the only male, though. Xulia’s always had a preference for her spawn being women, and lycus was an exception.

Shadowheart, her Father, and Werewolves
So... Shadowheart's dad. He's a werewolf (possibly Lythari, but we'll get to that). I'm currently playing a werewolf in our own campaign so I've been learning more about them. Some of what I've found has me thinking about a few things:
What happened on full moons at the House of Grief? Did Arnell transform and just... Dangle there? Was he taken somewhere else for it to happen? Did Shar's influence somehow interfere with his lycanthropy? Did they use his lycanthropy as a tool in Shadowhearts training, given her fear of wolves? I have so many questions.
There's a kind of elven werewolf in 3e called Lythari. They're always good aligned, and are considered true werewolves. There's no mention of them having a connection with Selûne in their own lore, but since Selûne has dominion over all lycanthropes (even in 3e) I think it's safe to say that a Lythari worshipping Selûne isn't a stretch at all.
Something I've seen some people mention is: Since her father is a werewolf, shouldn't Shadowheart have inherited the curse? Inherited Lycanthropy can only be cured by a Wish spell, so it's unlikely she ever was one (though I love the idea of her being lycanthropic but not remembering). Lythari can only produce a lycanthropic child with another Lythari, or if they perform a mutually consented ritual to transform someone into one. So if Arnell is Lythari, it would make sense why Shadowheart did not inherit the curse.
D&D has brought back old mechanics from previous editions before, so if Arnell is Lythari... Does this mean we might possibly see them make a comeback in 5e?
The Lythari (5e Elven Lineage Variant)
Here is my take on the lythari, DnD's lycanthrophic elves. Enjoy!
PS: I had uploaded them once earlier but I forgot to add a watermark.
Don’t worry, I’m sure the patrons went home ok - most of them...
