WIP Wednesday- M!Avery x MC

@desiree-0816 asked me to post a sneak peak of what I am working on. I am actually mostly working on something non-fanfic related this week and then finishing a couple things for ACORAW (becuase I have not contributed as much as I hoped) but I have also been working on this short piece.

It is set between chapters 10 and 11 of Platinum:

Avery cupped my face in his hands, forcing me to look at him, “Courtney, it’s not that I don’t want to. Of course, I want to.”

“Then why?” I asked in confusion, seeing the sincerity in his blue eyes, my breath catching in my throat from the way he looked at me.

“Because I want you,” Avery told me, “all of you.”

“I want you too,” I told him, not seeing the problem.

Avery dropped his hand and sat back in the seat and sighed. “You’re with Raleigh,” he reminded me.

Platinum makes me so glad I have two devices because I actually really love Avery. His diamond scenes are amazing and I love the contrast of his relationship with the MC as opposed to Raleigh’s and am so glad I can do both scenes.
