So this is an AU of sorts that I made called the Manipulator!AU
The title pretty much say what it is but it’s an AU where Tom is a manipulator. He can manipulate anyone into doing what he wants. He had the ability to do this as a child and caused a lot of trouble cause of it. He would manipulate people he didn’t like into doing bad things. He eventually got put in a mental asylum but it didn’t get any better. He manipulated 2 of the staff to commit suicide and caused more trouble. They eventually gave him a medicine that made him forget about it and repressed it. He grew up thinking that medicine was for something he was born with but he never knew what. When he was older, living with Edd and the others and no longer taking the medicine, he got vivid nightmares of being in a padded cell and yelling cruel words at people. He had an old friend hack into old asylum files and found his own. A while after the discovery, his old way of thinking and talking began to resurface and his manipulative personality was no longer repressed. He run off and sort of become this secret Moriarty type that would get paid to manipulate people. A few years later, Tord found out about this via word from enemy armies and hired Tom to help him defeat his enemy armies. Tom agrees but he messes with Tord a lot on the way.
So that’s the AU pretty much. Also forgot to mention that Tom has an imaginary friend named Timothy. When he was younger he used Timothy as a scare tactic since no one knew of him, saying things like, “Timothy won’t like that” and other creepy shit. So yeah. Hope you like the idea
