Novelization Stupidity
It's been bugging me, especially knowing what the Amish did in Pennsylvania this past election cycle. (Fuckers mad at the government for making them dump out their rawwwwww milk that makes people sick, oh no...! Among other things.)
I fucking hate that Mejia made Wednesday stupid/more ignorant than the very advanced brain that she is in canon.
"Amish boys"?! Amish boys. That's how this fucker chose to describe Jonah, Carter, and Lucas in their pilgrim costumes in Wednesday's mind.

is absolutely laughable.
The Jersey Girl I've known for 20+ years, and who isn't even near the intellect that NC Wednesday is, knows the goddamn difference between an Amish person's attire and a stereotypical pilgrim costume. Most New Englanders and Northeasterners do.
All Wednesdays spawned of the original Netflix Canon would know the difference.
But Mejia's doesn't, because they're stupid. And their stupid is unfortunately reflected in the Mejia Wednesday of the novelization, i.e. Not Wednesday.
