Days of December. Day 8

Fandom: Fire Emblem

Pairing: Grima x Reader

Genre: Fluff???

Word Count: 900+

Prompt:  Day 8- Character has never celebrated Christmas before so reader takes it upon themselves to let character’s first Christmas be a fantastic one.

A/N: Skipped Day 7, couldn’t think of anything. And once again I kind of just took liberties with the prompt but the core idea is still kind of there.

Grima had noted how many of the mortals appeared to be in a much more cheerful mood then normal and the smaller ones seemed to be running around far more frequently, truthfully it was annoying. Even you, seemed to be smiling more frequently of late, he couldn’t understand why, so he questioned you and you told him its because of the Winter Festival.

“Ah yes this infernal holiday that I’ve never partaken in.” He had replied, you tilted your head at him, confused slightly. In all of his years of existing he had never partaken in or celebrated? 

“You’ve never celebrated Christmas before… well a Winter Festival?” Christmas is what it was referred to in your world, well that’s what you had told him, and the Fell Dragon could not understand how the Festival continued on for so many centuries and why it was given a different name.

“No and why would I? It is a holiday created by worms for fellow worms.” You frowned slightly at his words, silently thinking as you normally did before voicing an idea. 

“Well you are among us ‘worms’ so it probably wouldn’t hurt to celebrate, or at least experience it.” He scoffs at you and the idea, he only spent time in the presence of mortals if he truly had to, you being the only exception because unlike the others your company was bearable.

“I am not going to celebrate your mortal holiday with you Summoner.” He stalked away after denying you, returning to his chambers to get away from the overly gleeful simpletons that surrounded him. He had assumed that after this conversation he wouldn’t hear anything else about it and he would be left alone, but the next morning at dawn there was a knock on his door.

He knew exactly who it would be, there is only person who would dare disturb him. He opens the door and you’re standing there with a smile and in an odd red outfit.

“Good morning!” You chirp, his expression is unchanging as his eyes glance at the outfit, he couldn’t figure out if he disliked them or if he simply found it strange to see you wearing anything other than your robes. 

“Why are you wearing those garbs?”

“Winter Festival.” He sighs, eyes narrowing into a glare, of course you were still going on about this.

“I told you I am not celebrating with you, go and retrieve my weak other self if you wish to have someone to play dress up with you.” Your face falls slightly and there’s a small part of him that wishes he hadn’t said that, he chooses to ignore that part of him.

“But I don’t want to spend time with your other self.” He stares at you, almost letting out a small growl because of how much that phrase swayed him.

“Fine, I will spend time with you but do not expect me to wear that foolish costume.”

“Thank you!” You cheer, excitedly grabbing his hand and dragging him off behind you. The Fell Dragon being dragged along by a mere mortal, he was well aware of how this must seem but you were not like the others so he would allow it.

Walking down the halls to the courtyard, he noted all of the colourful decorations hanging from the walls and how some heroes were still continuing to decorate. What was the point? The decorations would all have to be taken down when the Festival ends.

When you both arrived at the courtyard, he saw a large tree in the middle that many people were gathered around, they all appeared to be smiling and laughing amongst each other. You seemed pleased at the sight, but he was confused.

“What are they doing?” He questions.

“Decorating a tree.”

“Why?”

“So, we can put presents beneath it!” He blinks owlishly.

“Why do you give each other presents?” You shrug.

“Just because,” he snorts.

“Who would give a worm a present for simply existing?” Grima asks the question loud enough, that Lucina was standing nearby turned around with a venomous expression.  

“Who would give a horrible monster gifts for being horrible and destructive?” The Fell Dragon snarls at her, which causes her to draw Falchion on instinct, this was not how you wanted things to turn out. You sigh moving to break apart the fight before it escalates any further.

“I can’t believe the nerve of that annoying worm!” He snaps, you had decided to return Grima to his room in order for him to calm down, because despite being unable to intentionally kill anyone, he could still make a mess of things when he was angry.

“You did kill all her friends and family in her timeline….” You murmur.

“And? Their lives meant nothing to me. And neither does this ridiculous holiday you wish for me to celebrate with you.” You sigh, realising that getting the literal anti-Christ to celebrate Christmas with you was probably a horrible idea, especially if he didn’t want to.

“Then I’ll just go celebrate with some of the others.” You state, moving away only for him to grab you by the wrist.

“You said you wished to spend time with me.”

“But you don’t want to celebrate with me.”

“I never said I didn’t, I said it was ridiculous.”

“Well technically this mor-“ he silences you, by quickly speaking.

“This holiday is foolish. But you seem to enjoy it so I will tolerate it.” Your eyes widen in surprise, did he honestly say that?

“Really?”

“Yes. But I will not wear the outfit.” The last part doesn’t even bother you, grinning at him anyway and excitedly wrapping your arms around him, in a way that reminds him of an overly excited child. If you had been anyone else, he would’ve growled or recoiled from the touch but instead he slowly wraps his arms back around you.

A: Aftercare

This is one of the few times he’ll tell you he loves you-- and probably say it multiple times. He adores you, you’re the only person that’s dared to care about him... so, he’s going to make sure you’re taken care of.

I: Intimacy

Sex with him can be any number of things, with Grima you never know. While it's often rough with him domming, from time to time he likes to indulge in really intimate, loving sex... you know, those days he’s feeling particularly soft for you.

O: Oral

tbh you think as the fell dragon he would know what he’s doing but you’re going to have to teach him the basics, he knows nothing!! That said, he’s very eager to learn, and is actually happier to give than receive. Must be something about having you writhing under his touch... 

R: Risk

Oh boy, he’s always willing to take a risk. Public sex? Sure why not, not like he gives a fuck. Crazy new kink? Hell yeah, he’s into it. Grima doesn’t really know the meaning of safe sex.

22 with grima? Either one!

owowo anon this is a good excuse to execute some idea I have! I just got Chrom to 5* +10 (my first +10!) and my m Grima is only +1 so… I imagine he’s upset ;) I have a bias for m grima, (not that I’m not gay for f Grima but she came home when it should have been Marth!!)  so in the future, if you do want to request fem Grima, do so!

Recently, you had been training with Chrom a lot; often more than not, you managed to summon him, and thus be able to grant him more power. At this point, you were proud to say he was one of the strongest heroes here. You invested good skills in him, made sure he had optimal stats, and even made sure his allies helped his strengths and defended his weaknesses.

But your petty lover didn’t really like that.

You spent as much investing in Grima as you could, but he was a much rarer summon than Chrom and needed more expensive skills as well. Still, you did as much as you could for him, but it was just much easier to make Chrom stronger.

And Chrom was so sweet, if not a moron. He was a very hands-on kind of person; always ruffling your hair, or slapping your back or what not. But on this particular occasion, he hugged you. “I don’t think I ever would have gotten this strong without you _____. Your support means the world to me, and the bond we’ve created will always be with me.”

“Thank you, Chrom...” You awkwardly patted his back. He pulled away and grinned.

“Really, I can’t thank you enough for this!” His smile was infectious, you couldn’t help but do so as well. But you could feel eyes on you.

“Chrom, really, it's fine. You know I’m always happy to help you grow stronger.”

“Then here’s to hoping I can grow stronger yet!” He cheered, and you let out a little chuckle.

“Yes, but it seems I have to leave now.” You looked back to a frowning Grima. “Someone is jealous.” You chuckled. Just as you were stepping away, Chrom grabbed your wrist. You looked over your shoulder to see him frowning, now.

“Just be careful _____. I know you care about him but… he’s still the fell dragon” He looked concerned, but you only smiled.

“I’ll be okay, Chrom. I promise.” But he didn’t look quite convinced as he dropped your hand, and you moved back over to Grima. Who looked quite upset. “Hey, whats wrong? Is everything okay?” Without speaking, he grabbed your hand roughly and began stalking off in the direction of your shared room. “Grima, hey the kind of hurts.” You whined, but he only stopped and glared.

“You let him touch you?” he growled out.

“Um, yeah? Its Chrom, the worse that’s going to happen is we both fall over somehow.” You laughed a little, but Grima didn’t seem as amused.

“You let a child of Naga tough you when you are mine alone?” He growled out. You found yourself pinned against the wall, heart beating in both fear and suspense.

“I-I guess I wasn’t thinking… He was just being nice...” Grima’s eye’s pierced into yours.

“The next time that worm touches what’s mine I’ll rip his fucking arms off.” His growl was possessive, his eyes threatening. “You wouldn’t want that to happen, would you my dear summoner?” His lips trailed your jaw, fanged teeth daring to nip at your skin.

“Please don’t...” You whimpered a little, and Grima reveled in the sound.

“So long as you know your place, pet, no harm shall befall the pitiful excuses you call heroes.” Everything would be fine. You loved him, and he loved you, right? But the look in his eyes didn’t seem like love…

“I’m… I’m yours. I promise I won’t let anyone else touch me.” Grima grinned, hand trailing down the side of your face.

“Such a good pet...” He cooed, lips ghosting over yours. “Just keep in mind who owns you, loves you and takes care of you… and everything will be fine.”
