I screwed up my dash with uBlock Origin

I use Tumblr on my laptop web browser the vast majority of the time (it's where I engage with online the most - far more often than my phone or iPad). I saw a post about using uBlock Origin to get rid of that annoying "NEW" thing over the store icon that lives next to all of the other tools at the top of the website page (post, activity, etc.).

I thought I followed the directions to remove it. It went a little *too* well...

ALL of the tools are gone.

I opened uBlock Origin and found these instances of blocking tumblr widgets:

but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get the "revert" button to light up, or find another way to undo what I did.

Can anyone help?
