The last issue of Legion of Super-Heroes vol 4 was published with a cover date of March 2000. The fourth vol ran for 125 issues. The Legion would continue on in the maxi series (12 issues) Legion Lost, which began with a May 2000 cover date. The issue featured Brainiac 5.1, Invisible Kid, Element Lad, Cosmic Boy, Violet, M'Onel, ERG-1, Live Wire, Chameleon, Ultra Boy, Apparition, Spark, Kinetix, Saturn Girl, Sensor, Umbra, Magno, Ferro, Karate Kid, Kid Quantum, XS, Triad, Gates, and Monstress. Chuck Taine and Work Force (Repulse, Amber, Dune, and Lori Morning) also appeared. ("Extinction Event", Legion of Super Heroes vol 4 125, DC Comic Event)

*Breathes in* LAR GAND/MON-EL/VALOR IS A CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED CHARACTER IN BOTH THE COMICS AND THE SUPERGIRL TV SHOW AND HE DESERVES ANOTHER BOOK... HOPEFULLY AFTER BENDIS’ VERSION. 

AND I DON’T FUCKING CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS, BENDIS’ VERSION IS NOT MON-EL, HE IS NOT A DAXAMITE NOR HAS ANY OF THE INTRIGUE OF PREVIOUS VERSIONS SO WE DO NOT CLAIM THAT VERSION OF THE CHARACTER.

AND NO, KARAMEL/SUPERVALOR IS NOT INCEST AS MON IS NOT KARA’S COUSIN. THEY ARE NOT RELATED AT ALL. LAR GAND ISN’T BIOLOGICALLY CLARK’S BROTHER AS IT MAINLY STEMED FROM CLARK MISUNDERSTANDING THE NOTE JOR-EL LEFT AND LAR HAD AMNESIA

OKAY-so for a MINUTE-

-I WAS a little confused why Divinea was blue, as Daxamites generally look like baseline humans...but then...it hit me. DAXAMITES aren’t blue...but you know what ARE?!

TALOKITES BABY! Could this be the long lost daughter of Lar Gand and Tasmia Mallor?! OR-did Bendis just forget what Daxamites looked like? EITHER WAY-I’m hoping for the former!
