I first fell in love with M.A. Grant's writing when I read her fic Amor Vincit Omnia, as well as the Five Years series. From those I started to read some of her original fiction. The Three Sisters, a twist on The Three Little Pigs is a blast to read, and I loved Lace & Lead, a novella about sexy space mercenary Peirce Taggert.

It is December 14th 2021 and Crooked Shadows by MA Grant @authormagrant is out today! When the first book of the Whitethirn Agency came out in June, I was part of the cheersquad and posted some memes I had made about the books. I shall be doing the same today.
There is a bit less than last time but the books are so good I get sucked in the story and forget to make memes, oops. That said of your reading inspires some memes, I'm sure the author as well as myself would be thrilled to see them!

VAMPIRE TIME!! This is book 2 in the Whitethorn Agency series and is not out yet (I have an ARC). I read book 1, Rare Vigilance, earlier this year and loved it! Book 1 is from Atlas's (human bodyguard) POV and book 2 is from Cristian's (vampire client) POV. I just listened to book 1 this weekend to refresh my memory and fell for these characters all over again 😍 (Plus John Solo reading them is swoon worthy). If you can, definitely check out book 1 -- I got it from my library via hoopla. It's slow burn and has all the bodyguard/client tropes plus vampires! Honestly it's a perfect book for me ❤

This is the first book in the Whitethorn Agency series and it is perfect for anyone known to enjoy the bodyguard falling in love with the one he swore to protect trope, but with a... biting twist (hehe).
To celebrate the book's release, I prepared a series of memes, some are spoiler free, some are not, I'll put the spoilers under a read more if you want to read the book (you should!) Before looking at them. They are not in chronological order. Here goes :
