King Julien and Clover in winter gear (Despite it currently being July)

King Julien’s crown is actually a Kokoshnik, which is a Russian garment. I think it fits him very well. I was gonna also draw Maurice and Mort but I don’t like drawing them so I ended up just doing the king and Clover. I hope you enjoy my more detailed art of them.

The Beginning

It was a new day at Celestial Zoo. The monkey troop started to rise and one started a patrol the area when they came to a bundle that smelled like the sick place. They screech.

The Monkey King (Sun Wukong) ran out with the rest of the troop. "What's wrong?!" screech.

"That bundle smells like the sick place! What sickness did the HUMANS give us now" the monkey that patrols the area.

"Ok Ok no one panic, " Wukong says as everyone. An albino monkey walks slowly to the bundle. "Liu Er Mihou What Are You Doing!"

Liu Er Mihou slowly touched the bundle causing the troop to hoot and howler running from it. Liu gasp.

"Liu, Liu, what is it? What's wrong?" Wukong asks the middleman of the troop and Liu Er Mihou.

Liu Er grabbed the bundle and turned around "It's a baby. The humans gave the troop a baby."

Everyone gasped and chatted. Never have a new troop member been this young ever in their knowledge. A baby what's wrong with the baby for it to be placed with them.

Sun Wukong walks slowly to Liu Er Mihou. He holds a brown monkey cub with a cut near the cub's left eye and a chunk of its tail taken out. "What happen to you you poor thing." Wukong whisper.

"Smells like poachers," Liu Er said to Wukong. Wukong remembers that Liu Er Mihou was attacked and captured by poachers before coming to the zoo and being deemed damaged by the humans to be released back into the wild.

"Poor thing. What do we call them?" Wukong ask.

"Well, they are a he, and his name should be . . . Xiaotian." Liu Er says.

Sun Wukong grabbed Xiaotian and lifted him up "Xiaotian our new member and the future Prince of this Troop."

The Troop hoots and howlers at the declaration. "To the New Prince!"

“Amphibia/Madagascar AU” (#1): 

Since over w/ the Owl House fandom my Owl House/Ice Age AU has done extraordinarily well, figured I’d potentially dabble w/ one for Amphibia in the future once that aforementioned AU is wrapped up. What I propose is a Madagascar AU. I mean, they both have practically the same premise anyways, but just different circumstances. The Cast: - Marcy as Marty - Sasha as Alex - Anne as Gloria - Mr. Boonchoy as Melman - Dr. Frakes as the Crazy Old Woman - Wartwood inhabitants as the Lemurs: Hop Pop = Maurice, Mayor Toadstool = King Julien, Toadie = Mort. - The penguins, an assortment of sparrows. - I’m not sure w/ the Fossa. Scraggly birds/herons I guess? 

The frog-to-human ratio is closer to real life + how it was w/ the zoo animals and the lemurs in the film. ... Of course, this is all merely a concept and me thinking aloud. Nothing 100% concrete... Or even if I’ll get around to doing it in full. Who knows? Thought I’d share regardless and see what the opinion on this is. ...
