Ok i want to make a longer post on my headcanon backstory for Maddy|Mad Dummy|Mad Mew Mew Undertale but I still don’t have energy so I just wanted to say that in my head, shes the oldest of the ghost cousins by a lot, and literally no one knows how old she is because she’s already centuries older than them so they can’t prove anything.

in my head she’s like a thousand years old, she was formed on the surface like, a week before the barrier was made, and is constantly bitter about that, so to make up for it she will tell people she’s like 15,000 years old and make up random things, when she was a baby ghost she was surrounded by monsters who had lived on the surface so she HAS a bunch of knowledge to use

She’s already older than everyone except like toriel and asgore, but they arent even that much older than her so they canr even know if shes lying either. She can make up complete lies and no one is able to disagree AND she knows this. So she’ll just be talking and be like “huh. Its been a few millenia since a launched a coup and overthrew a monarchy. I should do that again it was kinda fun.” She also really likes taking credit for random natural disasters 10,000+ years ago, because it adds to her mysteriousness.

Also on a slightly different tangent, I like to imagine she just periodically broke into Alphys’s house because she, like Mettaton, has no sense of boundaries. So anyway she heard Alphys lying to Undyne about animes being real human history and thought it was hilarious and started being like “oh lol look! That knife was me! I remember that!” And it killed alphys on the inside but alphys just nodded along because she didnt know what else to do.
