PLEASE read this book it's amazing so far.

- Loki gets his powers taken away and is banished to Midgard and a lot of the book so far is modern AU Loki

- he lives in a trailer park for a bit and loves Suits, sci-fi and NCIS and makes friends with a mortal named Donna

- he WALKS DOGS

- he gets a pet gecko and names him Bryan

- Tony is kind of villain coded

- new valkyrie character is introduced and she slays

For everyone invested in Critical Role, especially the second campaign, I strongly reccomend The Nine Eyes of Lucien, particularly the audiobook (but the story itself is amazing too).

Before I’ve started it I was curious and now I am really invested, it’s really damn good, even if you weren’t that interested in Lucien specifically, you probably will be after the first few chapters.

i just finished reading "house of furies" by madeline roux and it was great and i was so excited to read the next one but i didn't know the book had only just come out so the second one isn't out and now i have to wait and there isn't even a fandom for the series yet
