Ok, so my valentine’s read turned out to be one of the few Megan Derr books that I didn’t like.  It turned out to be less romantic and more horrifying.

Now it’s valentine’s day, so I’m just going to ignore my huge stack of library books and read some Megan Derr.

Honestly, I could have finished The Highwayman two days ago if not for roommate drama.  On the one hand, I’m annoyed because that was my one shot at finishing 174 books in a year.  I’m never going to be sitting at 173 books with 4 hours left in the year again.  On the other hand, she can’t help it that she’s struggling.

At least this way I got to slow down and enjoy the book instead of reading it as quickly as possible.
