I'm giving you this question because it's too much for me to think about: if you could make a mix cd for the boys to listen to either together or individually, what you you put on it?

I HAVE TREASURED THIS MESSAGE FOR LONG ENOUGH. NOW IS THE TIME. 

I think about this a lot. Like a loooooottttt and it feels very large and daunting and impossible, so what I decided to do was give myself some parameters. I used to love making mixtapes, and mixtapes need a theme, so I gave myself rules. 

This mix kind of works as a fun* associative puzzle and this is all music that I find subjectively important and special and I would like One Direction to listen to (preferably with me there to explain why each song is on the list).
