if you’re at all familiar with draaga, aka death-rite, from justice league unlimited or supergirl, then you might want to read panic in the sky, the arc where mae and him fight alongside each other against brainiac to save earth. they have a sorta silly forbidden romance plot for a bit where draaga is conflicted about how his death vow against superman prevents him from living a happy life alongside her. i recommend giving it a read— here are the included issues!
