agate forsythe she/they - aroace - 20 - born on may 1st

secret file note: agate’s brought herself back to life 4 times before attending our academy. she says that every single one of her deaths had been caused by faulty potions. we’ve prohibited her from the cauldron until further notice.

maev highmore she/her - bisexual - 20 - born on november 10th

secret file note: maev has a terrible temper and she’s been known to create blackholes by accident because of it. keep a close eye on this one.

ludmila frost she/her - pansexual - 19 - born on december 24th

secret file note: a curse passed down within ludmila’s bloodline causes her body temperature to be around 90 degrees fahrenheit, so she’s always freezing. on the bright side she can wield ice powers phenomenally.

ulisses fonte he/him - bisexual - 21 - born on july 6th

secret file note: despite not having the adept rank*, ulisses has been allowed to practice his transfiguration magic. shapeshifting runs in his family so we agreed to make an exception for him. 

ares madlock he/they - unlabeled - 19 - born on june 19th

secret file note: while ares lacks work ethic, he makes up for it with raw talent. his master says if he applied himself he could surpass our top students. however, it seems he’d rather spend his days pranking his fellow guild members.

*adept rank: above average knowledge and ability to cast most spells /  allowed to go on missions alone or accompany lower ranks out

42. Is your oc an optimist or a pessimist? Any particular reason why?

inesa is an optimist but not because she’s a naturally postive happy go lucky person, oh no. she’s just so used to getting her way that she genuinely believes nothing bad could ever happen to her (and when it does she goes into shock and is Immediately determined to fix it because god forbid she doesn’t get what she wants)

73. If your oc were to be arrested, what would it most likely be for? Is it justified? Have they actually been arrested before?

in the dof universe maev would probably be taken in for losing control of her powers in front of humans. obviously accidental but she still broke the rules, and surprisingly she hasn’t been .. yet. in a modern au she’d would probably be arrested for a public fight or something. like a bar fight or just someone who pissed her off in a store (someone getting violent with a cashier or something)

88. Does your oc hold grudges? For how long? Does your oc have any rivals?

oooooo, honestly yes and no? pandora’s arrogance can cause her to think she’s always right but i think it depends on what it is. like something petty would tick her off but she’d get over it, but something big would definitely cause her to hold a grudge. for rivals … none at the moment :)

1. What common traits do you share with your oc? What about them is the least like you?

OUGH okay um……… well …. like virve i also have immense love for my friends and would do literally anything for them. i’m also impulsive (virve’s impulsiveness is like 5x mine) but unlike me, virve’s insanely energetic and intense. they have a very chaotic energy that’s really fun to watch and be around (they can wear u out though hehe)

9. How easily does your oc trust others? Any particular reason why? How trustworthy are they themselves?

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA no trust for this guy !!! malachai only trusts two people prior to the start of the story, himself and his older brother (missing) so …… basically just himself. a lot of the characters are pretty wary of malachai because he’s very selfish and deceptive .. to put it lightly LMAO. like if someone’s important to him he’s definitely insanely loyal and trustworthy. he just doesn’t care about anyone or anything that’s not and wouldn’t think twice about throwing someone under the bus if it benefits himself or his goals.
