The courtroom is ruined, its benches cracked, the judge’s seat burned black as though justice itself was set on fire. Bella’s crimson heels click against the marble, smoke trailing behind her with every step. She moves like she owns the silence, platinum hair gleaming in the dark.
She pauses at the charred judge’s desk, leans against it with practiced grace, and exhales a slow curl of smoke.
“Order? Justice? Fairness? Lies this City tells to keep fools quiet.”
Her crimson nails tap the desk, once, twice, like a gavel.
“At De Vil Academy, we do not whisper about justice — we enforce it. My mother, Cruella, is Headmistress. I am her shadow, her flame, her heir. No drugs. No excuses. Only rules — sharp, merciless, absolute.”
Bella tilts her head, a smile slicing across her face.
“The students think they can play rebel. They think they can bend the rules. But I am the verdict, and darling…”
She flicks ash onto the broken floor, her glowing red eyes cutting through the darkness.
“…I never acquit.”
The penthouse windows stretch from floor to ceiling, the city’s neon fire reflected in every pane. Bella reclines on a leather sofa, cigarette smoke curling upward like prayer. Her platinum hair shines under the dim chandelier, her crimson eyes locked on the skyline.
She laughs softly, the sound sharp as broken glass.
“Look at them. Crawling, bleeding, praying. They think they own this city. But the truth? The higher you climb, the better the view when they all fall.”
The music stops when you enter. Bella leans forward in the VIP booth, eyes glowing under the strobes, cigarette smoldering between crimson nails.
“So. You decided to follow the noise. I was wondering when you’d arrive. Sit. Drink. Watch closely, darling—because in Hell City, every song ends. But me? I play forever.”
The rooftop bar glitters with broken neon. Bella lounges against the railing, cigarette glowing, city burning beneath her heels. Platinum hair catches the light, crimson nails tap the glass.
She smirks:
“Darling, power tastes better with smoke and fire.”
Smoke coils around chandeliers, the piano’s low notes dripping like honey. Bella sits at the bar, crimson nails tapping against her glass. Platinum hair catches the dim light, red eyes half-lidded in amusement.
She leans closer, lips curling.
“Careful, darling. In this city, even a kiss can kill you.”
