Oh boy, we got a statement from Tim. Poor guy. It's just sad seeing him so broken and sad and angry. Like, he's so mad about being kept out of the loop, and you get why he was. He's been apathetic for ages, bristling at whoever talks to him, jabbing at them like poking a bear with a stick. But you also get why he's acting this way. He's been traumatized too, is trapped just like everybody else, and now the thing that killed his brother is within his sights and he's kept away from it when all he wants to do is avenge him.
I'm wondering if the Institute has a way of drawing people in who have experience with the entities. So far, most of the people there (Jon, Melanie, Basira, Daisy, and now Tim) had interactions with them at one point before they even knew what the Institute was, and now they're just all there. Coincidence? I don't think so.
He's also very sassy with Elias, and it's pretty soon after Jon and Melanie have gone at him too. How soon before someone takes it too far and Elias gets really nasty? I think he's holding back now because he knows nobody can really do anything, but a guy can only be patient for so long. Someone's going to step out of line or take things too far and an angry Elias is not something I want to see.
