Martin's descent into the lonely is so well done. I adore how his dynamic with Peter shifted from antagonistic to absent as he got further along.

Also, love Dekker and his worry about confirmation bias. It's interesting how the majority of statements never make it to the institute or similar. Tracking statements down reveals a greater wealth of information, and yet Dekker has only found a few, most of which overlap with other fears. It's a great perspective on the research component of all of this.

TMA What We Know -[156]- Reflection

pre-statement:

-Martin wants to use the magical tape recorders to generate an infinate supply of batteries

-Martin likes the thought that Jon's listening to his tapes

--STATEMENT--

-Adelard Dekker statement!!! this is a letter he wrote to Gertrude

-creepy hall of mirrors in abandoned amusement park

-local guy gets pulled through spooky mirror

-teeth marks on the mirrors

-all the people in the amusement park are spooky creatures now

-they're giving out bones as carnival prizes. one lady eats a bone :) yum yum yum

-someone falls off the roller coaster and all the creatures go and eat that guy,, yum yum what a nice little snack

-guy gets out of the spooky amusement park by running at a mirror with no relfection

-but now guy feels like he's being followed by a spooky creature :(

post-statement:

-Peter Lukas jumpscare!! -He's gonna get a map and tomorrow he'll take Martin to the center of the tunnels

-and Martin won't be coming back :(

-Martin doesn't care about all that
