‘Do Not Open’ is still one of my favorite episodes because of this absolute legend. He’s at the top of my list of badass people who survived encounters because they just ain’t with that shit.

this is how MAG 2 went right
Day two, Do Not Open. Joshua Gillespie, you are a real one.
none of us will ever be as genius as joshua gillespie and we have to live with this fact
Celia keeps waking up on the side of roads and on train tracks? On the way to Oxford? She’s being pulled by The Web towards Hilltop Road?
put her legs in ice
Tmagp 5 statement giver is so incredibly dumb he's like the anti Joshua Gillespie
Thinking about Joshua (from MAG 2) atm. Thinking about what he said, how fear can become as routine as hunger. Thinking about how Gertrude dedicated most her life to destroying the rituals to the point where it wasn't even considered a big enough deal to keep explanations for them. Thinking about Gerry saying the "real" world seemed ignorant to him because of how used he was to the paranormal. Thinking about how every person that we had heard recording a statement (apart from Gertrude because we weren't there from the start) felt uneasy but later Jon didn't seem to mind them and ended up being practically addicted. Thinking about what would happen if the eyepocalypse lasted longer. Thinking about how after it ended they managed to form some sort of a functioning world. Thinking about how I felt when listening to the first statements and how slowly I felt less and less afraid. Thinking about how many things people can get used to.
this is v nonspecific but if youre looking for recommendations of things to draw, i would suggest something themed off of The Buried from tma :)) (i am incredibly biased it is my fave and it is so underappreciated lol)
couldn't think of anything original but this idea has been stuck in my head all day
