Dear #Magbit in #oneutama (for your knowledge of #onecard). #Magbitmalaysia You have a very rude staff by the name of Ain. 1. I already told her I was taking out my 1 card to collect points. She chose to ignore me. 2. Your dear Ain refuse to key in my points because I did not pass her my One Card fast enough. Apparently I have to pass her my One Card when she is collecting money. Which I was not informed. 3. So I suggested ok, let's key in again. Say you refunded the money to me. And key it again.. She turns around rudely and says (Tak! Saya takan jual dekat you.) "No! I will not resell it to you!" Mind you the book costs RM49.90 I know la to Dear Ain RM50 is no big deal.. I would appreciate if you guys hire people who are not as lazy as Ain, and rude like Ain. And someone needs to buy her some Colgate and major mouth wash to clean it.. And please sponsor her some courtesy classes.
