If you don't like strong language, please don't read.
Alright, so apparently this is discourse now, I'm gonna put my two cents in.
If you think the bi terms of doe/tomcat/stag are useless and/or racist or some other bullshit, fuck off and never interact with me.
Bi people are carving their mark in a community that lets us be silenced and replaced. We created bi-made terms from the ground up, and now, when it's ever-growing in popularity and for once bi individuals HAVE SOMETHING, it has to be "uwu cancelled!!" because it's suddenly problematic?
Let bi people fucking have things. Let bi people have fun and enrich our culture. Let bi people EXIST WITHOUT TAKING AWAY WHAT WE'VE PUT INTO THE WORLD.
Even if the terms are shallow and are only about how bi people choose to express themselves, that's fucking valid. Not everything has to be some mindblowing super important addition. With the terms, bi people who long for sub communities and even more ways to express themselves finally get to. Even something as simple as a term to describe how one chooses to dress is important and beautiful for a culture.
"B-but Cherry!!!! Not all bi people use the terms!!"
Guess what? No one ever said you had to.
The terms are for people who wish to use them. Who think it's something they'd like to express their sexuality further. People who don't want to use them never have to, but they shouldn't try to take them away from those who find solace in them.
TL;DR: IF YOU ARE AGAINST THE USE OF TOMCAT, STAG OR DOE, NEVER. FUCKING. SPEAK. TO. ME.
And while I'm at it, stay the fuck away from dove/pigeon/crow & rouge (or druid)/knight/mage too.
