ok. im gonna be that guy and try to come up with a replacement for the current terms for bi men since the creator of the current ones hates people like me using them : ) i know theres no history behind these but hey, you gotta start somewhere right? you dont have to use these if you dont want to, but i thought itd be nice. heres some basic notes!
i based them off of clouds! i do not intend for these to be “you are only ever one and you do not change”, so i figured it’d fit in that manner! you may interchange between these as much as you want for whatever reason.
you can use these no matter what gender your partner/crush/whatever you may have is.
these are trans and nonbinary inclusive!
truscum are not allowed to use these terms whatsoever. if i find you using them i will smite you.
non bi men/nbs can reblog (and are encouraged to!) but please dont use these for yourself if you arent!
so with that all out the way, here’s my ideas! once more, you dont have to use these. you may if you wish, however!
cumulus bi - a masculine bi man that takes the ideas of manhood and masculinity and transforms it by building onto it positively for themselves and their partners. this comes through with how they take on typically masculine presentation, roles, and behavior.
nimbus bi - an androgynous bi man that takes the ideas of manhood and masculinity and transforms it by simultaneously building and rejecting it for themselves and their partners. this comes through with how they take on typically androgynous presentation, roles, and behavior.
stratus bi - a feminine bi man that takes the ideas of manhood and masculinity and transforms it by rejecting it entirely for themselves and their partners. this comes through with how they take on typically feminine presentation, roles, and behavior.
