Perplexity clouding your visage, you prop up on an elbow, "I said you to act like I am some other person approaching you."

"And I did that."

"You'll throw a black flash on anyone else flirting with you?'

He tilts his head, skepticism clear on his mien "You won't?"

"Spice builds character." You chime in, "You keep telling my cooking's bland so here's a kick."

"Or an ambush." He crosses his arm as you turn a pair of fork towards him. "I am not sneezing for the rest of the day."

"You won't." Quickly, you retaliate, mustering the best puppy face when he doesn't acquiesce, "Please."

A pause—muttering a curse, he snatches the prongs.

Another pause.

"So..."

"Leave the cooking to me."
