How he ended up in Yokohama when he was just in Odaiba was anyone's guess. The human world was vast, and being the inquisitive digimon he was, the wizard took off to explore a little. Wizardmon never planned to go far, but before he knew it he was in a whole other prefecture. At least he had donned a human disguise, which made travel easier in some respects.

As he roamed the streets, he heard several snippets of conversation surrounding odd events in this place. There were no traces of digimon around, but he figured it never hurt to check.

That was until he ran into an individual that could give Piedmon a run for his money.

She wasn't much one to talk, sitting out in the fields. The breeze was nice, and the sun was shining. The beauty masked its danger, however. At any moment, Bokoblins or Moblins could have made themselves present. She'd come to expect it, to always be on guard. It had taken a lot of practice, but the Sheikah Slate was rather useful in times of trouble.

Raising from where she'd been seated, Zelda gives a quick brush off to her pants. They weren't far from the castle, Impa would have never allowed her to travel too far alone. As far as she saw it, she didn't need an escort to simply sit in the fields.

It wasn't something she made often. Baking was one of her greatest skills, but she specialized in pies. That wasn't to say she couldn't do other things, but they never turned out as flavorful as her pies. If he was being so kind as to offer her a baked good, it would only be fair that she did the same for him. Beneath that silly exterior, he really was a sweet person.

"I greatly appreciate your gift. It will not be forgotten."

Zelda allowed herself a little sweet every day, as a reward for a hard day's work. Everything in moderation, too much sweet could make someone sick. Leaning in, the princess gave Nikolai a kiss on the cheek as to show her gratitude. Once you got past his eccentric nature, he was a really fun person to be around.

She'd accept every part of him. Everyone deserved that much.

"I do hope you stay for a time. It is never dull when you are around."
