i like culture and worldbuilding, especially where theres two groups slowly grow to understand each other. they have different cultures and clash but learn to care for each other anyways!! reading nonhuman perspectives is rlly cool!!

Just watched the Magic Faraway Tree.

Yes its a kids movie and you can tell when watching it that they're the target audience but it was full of whimsy and there were a number of moments that made me laugh and touched my heart.

If you're intrigued due to nostalgia stemming from reading the book? Watch it.

Just want something light hearted and sweet given how awful things are right now? Watch it.

Bored? Watch it.

You don't need to justify watching something because 'it was aimed at kids', enjoying it is all the justification you need.
