“Ancient Egyptians had fifty words for sand & the Eskimos had a hundred words for snow. I wish I had a thousand words for love, but all that comes to mind is the way you move against me while you sleep & there are no words for that.”

im a noob-level creative who put all stats into idea making and nothing else. sorry i cant write or draw a comic or book or code video game but i can make up things like nobody's business
ever since i was a little girl i knew i wanted to be bleeding out in the back of a helicopter while a medic with kind eyes and his full weight on my gunshot wound screams over the engine noise that I'm going to be okay
Here's something I've been working on for the last few days (lol)... this section is just for anyone interested in listening to my silly rambles about what I have on her so far, so no pressure to read!!!
As I mentioned, her name is Kuroba Mitsuki (黒羽 海月), it was tough picking whose last name to give her... But I settled with what sounded better (to me), sorry shinichi!!
(here's an excerpt from Mitsuki's doc where she explains the meaning of her name for anyone curious... although it's a little confusing using english terms, i hope it's easy to understand! ^_^)
Although her lore is still a huge work in progress, I am super interested in how Kaishin's parenting styles would look like... I had alot of fun developing Mitsuki's character, too! (actually, she's all I've been able to think of lately lol)
Also, yes, she's their biological kid, with Shinichi being the childbearer! as for how... well, that's mostly up for interpretation (trans man, omegaverse, mpreg in general? anything goes!)
Most of my inspiration also stems from thinking of how a child growing under 2 geniuses would grow up to be (lol) although I think Kaishin would be fun parents, I imagine there's a lot of trouble with expectations and whatnot too, I try to implement that a little into Mitsuki's character... Yes, she's as smart and capable as her dads are, but she hasn't gone through half the stuff they have...
(this is just a very vague way of explaining it, though)
Also, I thought it'd be interesting to see how someone (a teenage girl?) would react to finding out her dad used to be Kid, It'd probably be quite the shock... And more realistically, it probably wouldn't be a 100% positive reaction!
(this is also just a very vague way of explaining how that went)
Anyway, back to parenting styles, I did say i imagine they'd be fun dads!
(I know it looks like she's closer with Kaito, but she's close with both her parents! Her relationship with kaito is just funnier... I think...)
Speaking of her relationship with Kaito, aside from funny moments, It's rather important to her character too...
I see a lot of fanchildren aus (for kaishin specifically) might have them grow up to enjoy magic or mysteries like either one of their parents (nothing wrong with that, I actually like the family heritage idea too lol)
Buuuut I got rather attached to the idea of Mitsuki growing insecure/disliking the idea of people assuming she'd take after her parents and the expectations that came with it... yada yada, so now you have this pile of angst I've cooked up!
(It's still a work in progress, though)
For the end of this already long rant, I recently attempted to draw fankids for other pairings I like too... So these are Mitsuki's friends!
extras, i imagine heikazu would have a son and a younger daughter, masuran would have an adopted son and makosono would have 2 daughters... These are just the teenagers, though!
Fanchildren are kinda hard for me, since i'm rather meticulous and like making them genetically accurate... so I hope these are okay designs (?), either way, I haven't come up with a name for the rest of them yet... so maybe I'll think of something soon...
Anyhow, that's all! Thanks for reading!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
A trope that gets to me: 'guard dog' character and their partner who are both fully aware of it and honestly don't care/kind of like it. Someone says "call your guard dog off" and their partner does call them off. That person, their 'guard dog', is someone who is unreservedly, irrefutably loyal to them. Someone undoubtedly dangerous who is willing to kill, to maim, to obey, simply because of their love for one another. There's no manipulation involved— it is loyalty, brutal, dogged loyalty. And it goes both ways.
