After that conversation on Johnlock sex, I received a few recommendations on explicit Johnlock fics , some publicly as part of that conversation but also some where a Tumblrite came to me privately. This is one of those stories Dear nonny who recommended it, I wish I knew who you are so I could thank you because this story was really well done!

There’s really no plot outside of the sex, no great relationship hurdle that is resolved and then the sex is proper pay-off. Rather, the sex is the point, and the way that sex is described, the way it changes to reflect different dynamics in their relationship is really quite telling and beautiful. There’s a conversation being had here, but it’s not one carried out just with words, and so everything the boys get up to feels quite natural. I also love the fact that we’re only getting glimpses of those various interludes, that each is just a beat in a larger story rather than being its own complete tale. 

If you like Johnlock sexytiems you really should give this a try. I really liked it, in any event.
