So my friend and I were doing some major plotting/world design for a homestuck magical girl fic. Homestuck being homestuck, but the magical girl setting being, while inspired by a variety of magical girl stories, including a lot of the big ones I think. Anyway, the project is on hold in favor of other ones for who knows how long, but I wanted to post some of the concept art I did. Karkat was going to be the main/viewpoint character (and Davekat the main pairing of it) Karkat is brand new to things at the start of the fic, and has yet to pick a name (though has been warned that if he doesn’t he could end up having others pick one for him and getting stuck with something he hates, as happened to Rose)

A shiver ran up Janes spine as she stared down the creature in front of her. The promise of one wish in exchange for her services was tempting, but should she do it?
