Got to know someone who recently 'made' a manga using AI, because they can't draw. The main purpose of choosing to read comics, manga, or any other type of illustrated book is to appreciate the illustrations in it and some people would rather feed other people's works into a machine and get an amalgamation of that. If you had a storyline in mind then just write a goddamn book, or if you're really picky then get an actual illustrator/manga artist (im sry idk the correct terms) to work with you and draw it for you. You don't need to use AI for this. At this point, just generate a story using AI, illustrate it also using AI, and then publish it under your name and make millions, while the only real work you did was typing out prompts, WHICH IS NOT HARD, if you think it is, you are dumb. You are, because I speak from experience, I know how to write prompts and I'm not a professional whatever. Using AI for shit like this is honestly so fucking stupid, and the fact that people publish shit like that and take all the credit is fucking vile. None of that work belongs to them. None Of It.
