My 2nd big cosplay project, I cosplayed as my own Caesars Legion Courier 6. You probably can’t see, but the gun is painted like Maria, and the machete has “House, Kimball, Oliver” carved into the hilt with all the names crossed out, and “Benny” with a heart around it and an X through it, on the other side (since she sleeps with, then kills him). The feather head peice is a refrence to the Decantius helmet, and there is a Sunset Sasparilla star bottle cap at the base of it. Oh, and I actually got “Best Original” costume at that con, so I’m pretty happy with it! (I need to work on making it more comfortable if I ever want to wear it again though)

The con is Saturday. I leave for oxford tomorrow afternoon. Just finished my god tier Karkat cosplay a couple hours ago. Still gotta pack. Hhhh im so tired tho. And I have to study for two test tomorrow morning before school.

On Sunday, Captain Swift will be making her first public appearance, and the crew of Airship 67 will be there both days to educate the masses of con-goers on the world of Steampunk as a whole!

MAI Con

Mai Con was really fun, especially for a first year con.  The guests were awesome and actually energetic and participatory in things other than their own panels.  The Rave was amazing, though it didn't last anywhere near long enough.

I was going around as god-tiered dave sans cape, it was great even though I was quite sleep deprived the first day.

if anyone happens to have any pictures that I happen to be in it'd be lovely to see them, even if I'm just in the background of it(no one actually took one of me to my knowledge with me in the foreground)

I had so much fun at MAI con. Everyone I met was so nice and awesome.I didn't talk much but that's okay I still had a great time. So many people complimented and asked me for pictures. It made me so happy because that morning I was worried my cosplay wasn't good at all. I helped at the homestuck panel and I was shaking and didnt know what to do but.i think I did ok and had a great time! My first con and first cosplay i've ever made was a complete success!
