Mais, DAMN, dat’s good! Gooey, chewy, sticky, heavenly, Crustless Pecan Pie made in my 6-inch iron skillet on my stovetop! I made two Pecan Pies for the Holidays, and had leftover filling. So I heated up my iron skillet on the stove, poured in the leftover filling, put a lid on it til it got up to 200 degrees, then took the lid off til it looked how I wanted it. HOME RUN, with black dark roast coffee!!!
