In the start (chapter one beginning)
Bendy was 10
and Boris was 8
While Margret is in her 40's and
lily is yet in her young 20's (because she was new nune at that time)
In chapter one (after the time skip)
Bendy is 15
while Boris is 14
Mickey is also 14
Also as the gang (mini, Donald)
Except goofy being 15 at that time
Oswald is 17
In chapter two nothing really changed because its just few months past after the end of chapter 1 ,
While for chapter 3 (before the time skip)
Bendy is 16
While Carly is 15 and Edgard is 8
Elisabeth is 9
Fred is around 30's
And Charlie and barley are around late 30's
After the time skip (2 years after)
As you can guess bendy is 18
Elizabeth is 11
And you could use the same math for the rest
