fourth year

when the stimulus money came in, i spent all of mine on you to get interview clothes. when yours came in.... 

we got married. some how with the economy tanking and me losing money at my sales job, we paid for a wedding. a big bbq wedding. (i wanted city hall) with all of our friends and family. (i wanted city hall) and all the things. i wanted city hall and a dive bar dance party. but i planned it. i paid for it. somehow. 

i quit my job and went to beauty school. i would never become anything sitting in a dead end. you’re first response was “can you even make money doing that?” so i went to beauty school. the whole time you were in college and working, i flipped my schedule around to see you. when i was in beauty school i never saw you. but you did help me study. and so to you i am grateful for my knowledge of folliculitis and the eponychium.
