The #Kettlebell #exercise is called "ribbons", but in #acro we call this #movement "pinwheel". 💪 Never made it to 6 rotations before, this was a personal best. 😎 We could definitely clean it up, but with both of us spinning, plus the change in direction I'm super #happy we didn't fall over in a #dizzy. ➡➡▶ The base holds onto the flyers hips.
