I had an epiphany today -

We don't have to make the *most* of every moment.

We can nap without an alarm on a sunny Sunday afternoon and not go to the park or whatever else would make the day somehow a better use of my time.

I don't HAVE to plan the outing. If someone wants to do something, they will. It isn't always on me to curate the perfect day.
