16 miles on the sand bogs. This was supposed to be easy & flat so I decided to check out some trails my neighbor recommended. Well, he's a hardcore mountain biker so his definition of easy trails is pretty different from mine. You see, riding on single track sand trails is easy in a fat bike. Not so much for my run. My thighs & hips were yelping towards the end of my run. It was either from the sand or swerving on & off the trails to let the dirt bikes fly by. Ooph. Interesting run.
